Woven Memories: A Fiber Art Exhibition

Woven Memories: A Fiber Art Exhibition, which was the culmination of my teaching residency with SU-CASA at Grand Street Settlement in the Lower East Side.

Over the course of five months, I led a fiber arts course for seniors at the Grand Street Settlement. We learned and discussed fiber art techniques, cultural histories related to fiber, and participants created their own art projects. The exhibition and celebration took place at GrandLo Cafe and new Grand Street Settlement center!
